Salary £17,000 to £19,000 pa

First Step Trust, a charity providing real work, training and employment opportunities for people with mental health problems or other disabilities.

This role requires good practical skills across a range of activities from gardening to painting & decorating, and able to support people to learn on the job and achieve high standards of work.

Candidates will come from the ordinary world of work rather than a criminal justice or health care background, and be able to make work accessible to people of all abilities and backgrounds.
