First Step Trust (FST) is a charity that provides real work, training and employment opportunities for people excluded from ordinary working life because of mental health problems or other disabilities or disadvantages.

As part of an exciting redevelopment of our Lambeth project we are looking to recruit a General Manager who will take charge of our Lambeth operations and help to steer through the re-launch of the project later this year.
